The Humanities Arts Department at YJC aims to develop students into global citizens equipped with 21st century skills that understand and appreciate social, political and economic issues.

Through the study of subjects such as Art, China Studies in English, Economics, Geography and History, students can acquire the ideal foundation for exploring and understanding human thought, behaviour and culture.

We use differentiated teaching approaches to meet the diverse learning needs of our students and help them maximise their potential. We believe that learning opportunities abound in the world we live in today. This allows us to integrate into our programme myriad learning platforms, both local and overseas.

In short, YJC will provide a rich learning experience for students in their study of Humanities. Students only need to be willing to immerse themselves and build up their desire to inquire.
